A free online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based course which is endorsed by the NHS. The course runs over 4 - 6 weeks. The course is aimed at people who are experiencing low mood and/or anxiety/stress. The course isn't for everyone so please check with the sample information to see whether you may find it beneficial before signing up. CBT focusses on understanding our thought processes and how these can influence our feelings and subsequent behaviour. The basic aim is to help us alter how we think and through this our feelings and actions.
