Online Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
This online MBSR training course is 100% free, created by a fully certified MBSR instructor, and is modelled on the programme founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
Headspace offers a simple 10 minute daily guided meditation that you can access on your phone or computer. You can sign up for a 10 day free trial
This resource is provided by the Mental Health Foundation and explains what Mindfulness is, gives information about local teachers and offers an online Mindfulness course. The course has free introductory sessions and then if you are finding it beneficial you can complete the rest of the course for £30.
This a a little bit of light relief! The song is called 'Meditation' by Paddy Rasta. As well as having a nice chilled out feel, they even give basic instructions for a simple meditation practice half way though the song!
